It seems there's a new kind of candy corn in town. Tucked in between the bins of chocolate pumpkins and orange and black jelly beans at Bulk Barn, it doesn't seem to fit in with the other Halloween candy. I suppose the Halloween connection is meant to come from its purple colour. It certainly doesn't come from its blackberry flavour.
I remain a candy corn purist.
